The Company's flagship product is called eCase. Job Description

What you’ll be doing

As an Implementation Consultant Finance at Health Metrics, you'll collaborate closely with the Customer Success Team to lead the implementation of our eCase product. You'll conduct thorough assessments of current project capacities and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Participating in scoping, planning, and designing activities, you'll contribute your expertise to ensure successful project outcomes. Additionally, you'll play a key role in setting up and implementing Residential Aged Care, Retirement Village, and Home Care projects across Australia and New Zealand, leveraging your skills to address business needs and provide effective solutions.

In this dynamic role, you'll liaise with internal stakeholders, engaging in meaningful dialogue to understand their requirements and contribute valuable insights to project execution. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing project change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adaptation to evolving project scopes. Furthermore, you'll have the opportunity to deliver comprehensive training sessions, empowering clients to maximize the benefits of our software solutions and achieve their desired outcomes.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

The experience we need from you

  • Experience in Aged care / Home care financial operations and planning
  • Experience in Aged care / Home care technology preferred.
  • You have expert knowledge of the aged care financial system
  • Experience with Office suit, Share point, Jira, Confluence

Desirable

  • Prior business Consulting Experience
  • Ability to deliver training to key stakeholders
  • Previous experience in managing project delivery
